ATLANTA, GA. (April 27, 2023) –The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) has announced the 2023 Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field All-Conference Team, released Thursday. The all-conference teams are comprised of student-athletes who were selected based on their athletic performance during the regular season.
AU freshman thrower
Jhyrique Mangum led Allen with being named as a selection to the Men's Discus All-Conference Second Team, the first all-conference recognition in Allen Div. II history. Mangum's throw of 42.7 meters in the Discus in the regular season trailed Tuskegee's Caleb White by only half a meter as TU's throw was 43.2 meters long.
The 2023 SIAC Track & Field Championship is set to take place April 27-29, 2023, at Morehouse College's Edwin Moses Track in Atlanta, GA. For more information, click
