MEDIA CREDENTIALS AND REQUESTS
All requests for information, photos, interviews or game credentials for Allen University Athletics should be directed to the Sports Information office.

STUDENT-ATHLETE INTERVIEWS
All student-athlete interviews must be coordinated through the Sports Information Director's Office. Student-athlete interviews will take place either prior to or following practice. Student-athletes should not be contacted directly.

RADIO BROADCASTS
Radio stations wishing to broadcast will be granted space in the press area on a first-come, first-serve basis. Requests for permission to broadcast should be directed to the Sports Information Director with 72 hours prior notice to the date of the game. 

PHOTOGRAPHERS
Photographers working athletic events are restricted to the photographer's box at each end of the playing field or court. No one is permitted in front of the officials' table, press table, or the players' bench during play. Tripods and flash photography may not be used on the basketball court. No one is permitted in team locker rooms or coaches offices without the prior approval of the Sports Information Director.
