COLUMBIA, S.C. --- The Allen University women's track and field team delivered a competitive showing at the 2026 SIAC Track and Field Championships, highlighted by All-Conference honors in the field events and multiple qualifiers advancing to event finals on the track.
Kiara Moss led the way for the Yellow Jackets with a standout performance in the throws, earning First Team All-SIAC honors with a second-place finish in the shot put at 12.82 meters. She added another All-Conference accolade in the hammer throw, placing fifth with a mark of 39.91 meters to earn Second Team recognition.
On the track, Jamea Lindley turned in a strong championship performance, advancing to the finals in two distance events. Lindley placed third in the 800 meters with a time of 2:21.19 to secure her spot in the final, and also advanced in the 1500 meters after finishing fifth in 5:13.55.
Diosleydis Gutierrez added to the Yellow Jackets' success on the track, qualifying for the finals in the 400 meters with a seventh-place finish and a time of 58.22.
