Columbia, SC - The buzz around Allen University just got louder. For the first time in school history, Allen University student-athletes have officially entered the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) era — partnering with New Regular Lifestyle, a forward-thinking fitness, wellness, performance, and education platform committed to developing athletes both on and off the field.
Leading the way are Junior Quarterback Jamir Dismukes and Sophomore Running Back Fabian Duncan, who have signed structured NIL partnerships that include long-term percentage-based agreements — an unprecedented step forward in how Allen athletes are building sustainable brands and long-term opportunities beyond their sport.

Dismukes (pictured left) one of the top quarterbacks in the SIAC, has earned national attention for his poise, accuracy, and playmaking ability. The Cleveland, Ohio native leads the conference with a 71.5% completion rate, going 181-of-253 for 2,327 yards and 17 touchdowns through the air, while adding 319 rushing yards and 6 more scores on the ground — totaling 23 touchdowns on the season.
Meanwhile, Duncan who is from Charlotte, NC has bulldozed his way into the record books. The sophomore running back not only leads the SIAC in rushing, but he also became the first player in Allen University history to eclipse 1,000 rushing yards in a single season. Duncan's explosive playmaking has made him one of the top rushers in all of NCAA Division II football, cementing his name among the conference's elite.
"Partnering with these young men and the entire group from Allen University is truly special," said Aaron McLaurin, Founder and Owner of New Regular Lifestyle, who brings over 18 years of experience as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach. "They're not just great athletes — they're even better people. Watching them become the first to open these NIL doors for Allen makes this partnership incredibly rewarding. We're appreciative of Phil 'PJ' Jackson from Allen, who is working tirelessly for these student-athletes. I know this NIL opportunity is the first of many that are coming to Allen University."
While Dismukes and Duncan headline the historic percentage-based partnerships, five additional Allen University student-athletes also secured NIL opportunities through New Regular Lifestyle — each receiving direct compensation for their name, image, and likeness in social media and community-based campaigns.
Those athletes include:
- Trevor Bywater, senior football kicker and Pre-Season All-SIAC Second Team selection.
- Eboni Clay, sophomore women's basketball standout and 2024-25 SIAC Freshman of the Year.
- Jerrel Baskins, men's wrestling standout and Conference Carolinas Pre-Season Watchlist honoree.
- Sharanya Smeins, women's soccer player and Anguilla National Team member.
Together, these student-athletes are blazing a trail for future generations — showing that Allen University is not only producing talent on the field and court, but also cultivating business-minded athletes ready to lead in the NIL era.
