Jacksonville, FL — After dropping back-to-back sets and staring down the barrel of a 2-1 deficit, the Lady Yellow Jackets of Allen University refused to back down. Head Coach Danielle Robinson's squad dug deep, clawed their way out of the hole, and stormed back in dominant fashion to defeat Edward Waters University in a 5-set classic: 25-19, 29-31, 17-25, 25-17, 15-8.

Maliyah Spencer Sets the Tone
Senior outside hitter Maliyah Spencer was nearly unstoppable all night, registering 14 kills, 3 blocks, and 15.5 total points — leading all players on the court. Her dominance at the net and ability to read the defense became a difference-maker, especially during the pivotal fourth set.
Lawson and Bradley: Thunder at the Net
Following Spencer's lead, Tahmiah Lawson added 12 kills, 2 blocks and 4 digs — bringing physicality when Allen needed it most.
Saige Bradley was a two-way force with 11 kills, 5 blocks, and 14.5 total points. Her presence in the middle was felt late, helping shut down EWU's offense in the final two sets.
