Box Score COLUMBIA, S.C. --- Although freshman Amyie Canales netted her first career goal Sunday, Allen University's women's soccer team fell to Edward Waters, 8-1. 

Canales, a Hilton Head Island, S.C. native, found the back of the net in the 62nd minute. In goal for the Yellow Jackets, Rachel Rolle tallied seven saves, to match her season-high. Allen spent the majority of the match facing a numbers disadvantage after Measha Jones was issued a red card in the fourth minute. 

Allen will be back in action Tuesday, October 8 at 4:00 p.m. in a road match at Georgia Southwestern State University in Americus, Georgia.
