COLUMBIA, S.C. --- In their fifth meet of the season, the Allen University women's cross country team battled against SIAC foe Benedict College in a dual meet at the Owens Field Cross Country Course. 

Deborah Boyd finished third overall, and first among Allen competitors, with a time of 25.34.3. Siata Ouattara rounded out the top-five by clocking a time of 27:29.9. 

Myiah Upshaw crossed the finish line with a time of 29:08.7, followed by Caseyona Hight at 30:02.5 and Keturah Walker at 35:19.8. As a team, Allen compiled a total time of 2:27:35 and an average time of 29:31. 

Allen concludes their season at the SIAC Championships Wednesday, October 23 in Macon, Georgia. The event will be hosted on the campus of Middle Georgia State University.
