Harrison, a native of Aiken, SC, graduated from Allen with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management in May of 2022. She was a student-athlete on a full volleyball scholarship playing as a 5'8 middle hitter. She was elected Miss Freshman, Miss Sophomore, Miss Junior, and the 89th Miss Allen throughout her time at AU.

She is currently attending Wingate University as a Master of Business Administration Candidate while she is also serving as a Graduate Assistant and Director of Football Operations for the Wingate Football program. Wingate went 11-3 last season making it to the NCAA Quarterfinals. Harrison also serves as an assistant to Head Coach Joe Reich as he is the new Athletic Director.
Harrison will graduate from Wingate University with her M.B.A. in May of 2024.

After graduating from Allen University, Harrison applied for a cohort called the Black Sports Business Academy. She met the cohort last year in Atlanta when she attended the Black Sports Business Symposium. The BSB Symposium is a group of numerous sports professionals that work over different departments and network and connect with each other.

Attending the Black Sports Business Symposium in April was her main goal because she knew Vince Pierson, the founder of the academy, would be attending. She introduced herself to him so that he would hopefully remember her. Months went by until she earned an interview with Pierson and was accepted into the program.
Pierson then connected her with the HR team from the Rams and they happened to have her résumé sitting on their desk because she had applied for the Stadium Operations position.

She then met Alexandria Hill, football operations for the LA Rams. After they spoke on the first day at the business expo, Hill would promptly interview Harrison on the spot for the fellowship position, a 3-week long interview where they gave her a project in which she created an app. Even though Harrison did not get the fellowship, she walked away with the training camp internship since the original position she applied for was in football operations. Hopefully, next year when she graduates, her name will already be in the pool for the fellowship.
Harrison's intern responsibilities with the Rams will include being an extension of the Rams' team brand for fans at training camp . She will also assist the Rams front office in enhancing the fan experience by providing them with knowledge of relevant Rams-related news and information.

Training Camp is a free event, making it a unique opportunity to engage fans by giving them access and the ability to get up close and personal with the LA Rams. The internship will include a 3-day career development program prior to Training Camp opening and will occur over the last week of July and first two weeks of August.

Nescotia's previous experience included working as the Allen University Campus Ambassador as well as serving as an assistant to Teddy Keaton, the Head Football Coach of Allen from 2019-2022. With the Yellow Jacket program, Harrison worked football camps, and assisted with incoming signee tours around campus.
She also has experience working as a camp counselor of the N.Y. Jets Youth Football Camp and was a part of the HBCU NFL Experience Program in 2022.

She will begin her internship in late July out in Los Angeles.
