COLUMBIA, S.C. - Allen University Fans, Get your tickets now for this Saturday's big Homecoming Football game between Bluefield State College (WV) and your Yellow Jackets!

Kickoff is set for 1:00 PM Saturday, at Westwood HS Stadium in Blythewood, SC. There will also be a homecoming parade on Saturday at 10 AM starting downtown on Sumter Street that has various Allen athletic teams marching along with the AU '22 Band of Gold.



Allen is coming off a tough loss on the road at SIAC West foe Kentucky St. while the Yellow Jackets dropped back-to-back heartbreaking games the previous two weeks by a combined 4 points (32-35 to CSU and 41-42 to CAU).

QB Michael Reese has stepped in the last two games for an injured David Wright and has thrown for over 650 yards and six touchdowns while Wright had previously thrown for over 1,000 yards and 5 scores.

Leading the receiving corps has been the duo of WRs Armone Harris and Jayden Horace who have combined for 850 yards and 4 TDs while sophomore RB Beau Herrington has now rushed for over 450 yards and four touchdowns on the season. Defensively, senior LB Gary Bourrage leads the team with 47 tackles while sophomore Kirkland Boone has 4 sacks and freshman DB Kevin Graham has 3 INTs.

Bluefield St. is 4-2 so far this year and comes to Columbia off a forfeit win over Fort Lauderdale College while BSC has also beaten JCSU, Central St., and The Apprentice school by a combined margin of just 8 points. The Big Blue has fallen to Virginia St. and Fort valley St.
