GREENVILLE, S.C. --- Allen University Men's Wrestling's Ya'Donnis Hardaway has benn named to the Conference Carolinas Academic All-Conference Team presented by Barnes & Noble College, as announced by the league office Thursday. The Academic All-Conference teams consist of junior and senior student-athletes in the conference who have competed in a conference-sponsored sport and maintained a cumulative grade-point average of 3.25 or higher on a 4.0 scale in all work completed at their member institution.

"Ya'Donnis is certainly deserving of this honor for his dedication and commitment in the classroom," said wrestling head coach Eric Pack. "Strong academic performance is the foundational pillar of our program, and student-athletes like Ya'Donnis not only meet, but exceed that standard."

This marks the second consecutive year that a member of the men's wrestling program has earned this honor. 

Hardaway is set to graduate this spring with his degree in mathematics with a concentration in computer science.
