TUSKEGEE, A.L. --- The Allen University men's basketball team fell on the road Saturday afternoon at Tuskegee, 68-42. 

The Yellow Jackets never led in the contest, but kept the deficit they faced small throughout the first half. At halftime, Tuskegee led by just three points, 25-22. However, in the second half, the Golden Tigers pushed their lead to 13 points with 15:51 to play, and maintained that lead through the remainder of the game. 

Noel Scott was Allen's leading scorer with 10 points. Baker Beal added a season-high nine points in 10 minutes off-the-bench, followed by Jordan Edmond at eight points and four rebounds. 

Allen will take the remainder of December off from competition. The Yellow Jackets return to John Hurst Adams Gymnasium on Thursday, January 2 at 7:30 p.m. to host Kentucky State.
