COLUMBIA, S.C. - The Allen University Athletic Department, led by AD Jasher Cox, is celebrating Women's History Month by recognizing two current coaches and one former Allen athlete and alum. March is Women's History Month – commemorating and encouraging the study, observance and celebration of the vital role of women in America.

Toccara Toland became the first Allen coaches to lead their respective teams ino the SIAC Conference Championships as full SIAC members in Division II. Toland led her team to the most wins at Allen since 2019 with a 14-13 record and 8 wins in the SIAC Conference.
We are also recognizing former Miss Allen and AU alum Nescotia Harrison, who was a standout volleyball player for the Yellow Jackets before graduating with a B.S. in Sports Management in 2022. Harrison, a native of Aiken, SC is now the Assistant Director of Football Operations at Wingate University and is currently working on achieving her MBA. She also served as a Graduate Assistant for the Wingate Football team | BSBA 2022 Cohort Member | Former D2 Student Athlete
