COLUMBIA, S.C. - The Allen University wrestling program and head coach Eric Pack will be kicking off their 2023 Summer Team Duals Camp this Thursday through Saturday June 15-17 from the wrestling room inside the John Hurst Adams Gymnasium. Registration for the overnight camp will in the dorms and in the Allen Gymnasium lobby.

There will also be a women's freestyle wrestling clinic on June 24th from 10 am - 2pm featuring guest clinician Donell Bradley.
Grades: 8th-12th 

Cost: 100.00 per wrestler / food, lodging and t-shirt

All head coaches and one assistant are free with 10 or more wrestlers; (teams with under 10 kids are $25 per coach )

Weight classes: 105,115,125,135,145,155,170,185,195,285 

-Before each practice, there will be a technique session while there will also be three 90-second continuous periods of live wrestling for the dual matches as well.

-Individual wrestlers can sign up for team camp and will be assigned to a team or be a part of a house team 

-Allen wrestlers will help supervise wrestlers but coaches are responsible for their team.
