Bluffton, S.C - The Allen University women's soccer team fell 8-2 on the road at USC-Beaufort on Saturday afternoon.
USCB got on the board very early scoring two goals within the first two minutes of action before adding a third goal in the 9th minute. USCB would then lead 4-0 heading into the intermission off an own goal by Allen while leading the shot count 14-5.
In the second half, the Lady Sharks scored two goals within a minute over the 55th and 56thh minutes to go up 6-0 before adding a 7th a few minutes later.
Allen would finally get on the board in the 65th minute as senior forward
Acacia Small scored off an assist from junior midfielder
Tonie Sledz. AU then added their second goal in the 80th minute as freshman striker
Tatyana Machado scored off an assist from Small. The goal was Machado's 7th of the season and Small's sixth goal.

Lillian Smith led Allen with 3 shots on goal as AU totaled 9 shots overall. Freshman Goalkeeper
Rianda Pimienta-Solano also made 8 saves on 16 shots on goal for the Yellowjackets.
Allen falls to 2-10 overall while Beaufort improves to 8-3 on the season. The Lady Yellow Jackets will next return home to host CIAA foe Lincoln University (Pa.) on Monday at 1 PM in Columbia.
