Box Score FORT VALLEY, Ga. - Despite a stellar offensive performance from Jazeem Bethea and Cardrina Nolen, the Allen women's basketball team fell to Fort Valley State, 56-60, Saturday at HPE Arena.
Bethea continued her impressive offensive play as she notched a game-high 19 points. The Seattle, Wash., native has accumulated 69 points over the past three games.
In her first game back, Nolen registered 13 points and six rebounds.

Allen logged 41 bench points while holding Fort Valley State to only eight.

The Yellow Jackets only lost by six despite shooting a season-low 2-25 from three, including 0-11 in the second half.

Allen held Fort Valley State to 35.4% shooting from the field and 21.1% shooting from three for the game.

Allen had an excellent defensive performance, holding Fort Valley State to only four points in the second quarter.

The Yellow Jackets scored 14 second-chance points for the game.
