ALBANY, G.A. --- The Allen University volleyball team was unable to overcome Albany State in an SIAC clash Saturday. The Yellow Jackets were defeated in three sets (24-26, 18-25, 20-25). 

Dazzalon Larkins was the lone Yellow Jacket to record double-digit kills as the redshirt junior had 11 kills to pair with four digs. Following Larkins with nine kills of her own and a .727 hitting percentage. Nakia Reed posted a team-best nine assists. On the defensive side, Myra Lopez tallied 10 digs, followed by Zyara Harrison and Jaida Jones who each totaled six digs. 

Allen remains on the road and faces a quick turnaround, as the Yellow Jackets are back in action tomorrow, Sunday, November 10 at Fort Valley State. First serve is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. in Fort Valley, Georgia.
