ATLANTA, G.A. --- Allen University's volleyball team traveled to Clark Atlanta Friday evening for an SIAC battle, but fell in five-sets (25-21, 19-25, 14-25, 25-17, 10-15). 

Both Maliyah Spencer and Dazzlon Larkins recorded a dozen kills against the Panthers, with Spencer also posting a .310 hitting percentage. Aiding their efforts was both Zyara Harrison and Sa'Nyah Daly, as Harrison totaled 18 assists and Daly with 10. Larkins also was very effective in the serving game with four aces. On the defensive side, Myra Lopez led the way for Allen with 20 digs, Jani Smith recorded a team-best three solo blocks, and Taylor Lawrence also added a pair of solo blocks in Friday's effort. 

The Yellow Jackets will face CAU again in six days, but this rematch will take place inside John Hurst Adams Gymnasium in Columbia, South Carolina. First serve on Thursday, October 31, is scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
