COLUMBIA, S.C. - The Allen University Athletic Department, led by Director of Athletics Jasher Cox, have announced the six theme nights/days for the home football schedule this season.
Allen opened up their season on
Sept. 2 at Westwood HS with a 24-17 win against non-conference foe Erskine College on
Blue and Gold Rush Night. Allen Students and Fans were encouraged to wear their best Allen-spirited Blue, Yellow, and Gold attire to the game.
On Sept. 9 vs. Columbus State, also at 7:00 PM
, Allen, 1-0, will be hosting
Faith & Family Night where students will be wearing tie-dye shirts, and church organizations can get in free.

Then, for the 3rd straight home game on
Sept. 16 vs. Kentucky State, AU will host
High School Connection / Greek Night at 7:00 PM. This is where students will represent school organizations while AU will invite the high schoolers in the area to come and attend the game and be recognized.
On Sept. 30 vs. FVSU at 7:00 PM, Allen will celebrate
Armed Forces Day with students wearing camouflage while AU will invite nearby Fort Jackson residents and military personnel.
Then, for
Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Allen will host Clark Atlanta on Oct. 7 to honor Cancer survivors and accept donations on Breast Cancer Awareness Night with students wearing pink for a Pinkout.
Finally, on Oct. 28, Allen will host Homecoming against Edward Waters at 2 PM while also featuring Halloween Costume Day on the weekend before the scary holiday on the 31st. Students will come to the game in their favorite Halloween costumes.
